After having been a teacher, writer, and in sales, Josh has found his calling since 2006 as lawyer, of all things. Having set out even from law school to do so, he has spent the last decade and more of his legal career focused almost exclusively on helping clients buy, sell, and franchise their businesses, as well as to become franchisees. He has instructed online nationwide continuing legal education courses for other lawyers on the legal intricacies of the franchisor-franchisee-landlord-tenant.

Prior to entering the franchise world, Josh spent a few years with a Tallahassee, Florida firm in the courts protecting creditors rights; and the few years before that with a boutique practice representing auto dealers & associations.

Being “just” a franchise lawyer is not enough though – Josh also merged his bent toward all things franchise, and a passion for travel and travel planning, as an owner/operator of a franchised travel agency business.

When not traveling, Josh resides in Orlando, Florida, where he plays “dad taxi” to and from his sons’ practices sporting events, and sometimes he even ventures out to the big amusement parks nearby. He is admitted to practice law in Florida.
